Delete your TwoFivePoker account and data

TwoFivePoker is an offline-first app. By default, all of your data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. You only have an account if you chose to sign in to enable optional cloud sync.

Option 1 — Delete locally stored data (no account needed)

If you have never signed in to the app, there is nothing stored on our servers. To remove all data from your device:

  1. Open the TwoFivePoker app
  2. Go to Settings → Clear All Data
  3. Confirm the action

This immediately and permanently removes all sessions, hands, expenses and settings from your device.

Option 2 — Delete your account and all cloud-synced data

If you signed in with your email to enable cloud sync, your account (email address) and synced data are stored in our Supabase database. To request full deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@twofivepoker.com
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my account
  3. Send it from the same email address you used to sign in to the app

What gets deleted: Your auth account (email), all sessions, hands, marked hands, expenses, user settings, and any subscription state records associated with your account.

When your account is deleted:

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
