TwoFivePoker ("we", "our", or "the app") is a live poker session and hand tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
TwoFivePoker is operated by an independent developer based in Estonia. The developer is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This app is published via an individual Google Play developer account.
By default, all core data is stored locally on your device. The app does not require user account registration to use core features.

If you choose to tag sessions with a venue or location, location information is stored locally on your device.

Premium subscriptions are processed securely via Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments independently. We do not store payment card details or process payments directly.
Subscription validation may be handled by RevenueCat, which acts as an independent service provider. RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase identifiers for subscription validation purposes only. RevenueCat processes data according to its own privacy policy.
We do not use third-party advertising.
We do not sell personal data.
If analytics or crash reporting tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it.
If cloud sync is enabled, synced data is retained until you delete it or request deletion.
